Baked Bean Cutlets
Ingredients:
- 350 grams of any minced meat
- 1 small onion minced
- 1 large sauce onion
- 1 carrot
- 100 grams of dry beans
- salt, spices to taste
How to cook:
- add onion and carrots chopped with a blender to the minced meat, salt and mix well. Form the patties and lightly fry them in a pan without cooking.
- put the cutlets in an ovenproof dish with a lid, then fry the onions in the same pan
- add already boiled beans, fried onions and a little water to the cutlets, so that it covers the cutlets.
- cover and send to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes
Diet cutlets without using the oven, pans and steamer
Ingredients:
- 500 grams of minced chicken
- 1 medium zucchini
- 1 small carrot
- 1 onion
- salt, spices to taste
How to cook:
- I pass all the vegetables through a meat grinder along with minced meat, add salt and spices to taste, mix well
- the resulting minced meat is laid out in silicone muffin tins and put in the pan
- I pour a little water into the pan, so that it covers the molds to the middle
- cover and leave on fire for about 35-40 minutes
Quick mince pie
Dough
- 250 ml of kefir
- 250-300 grams of flour
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
- salt to taste
The dough should be soft and elastic, it may stick slightly to your hands.
Filling:
- 500 grams of minced meat
- 1 large onion
How to cook:
- onions need to be fried well in vegetable oil, mix it with minced meat
- Roll out the dough into a round layer 1 cm thick and put the minced meat in the center
- pinch the free edges in the center and roll out the cake again with a rolling pin to make it flatter
- transfer the pie to a baking sheet, pierce with a fork in several places and grease with yolk and milk
- bake at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
