Ingredients (per 4L pot):

  • water - 3 l
  • minced meat - 250 g
  • cauliflower - 250 g
  • potatoes - 250 g
  • rice - 2 tbsp. l.
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • carrots -1 pc.
  • parsley
  • ground black pepper - to taste
  • salt to taste
  • bay leaf - 1 pc.

Step by step recipe

1. Pour about 3 liters of water into a saucepan and put on fire.
While we boil the water, prepare the rest of the ingredients.

2. We take 250 g of minced meat, salt it to taste and pepper with black pepper. Mix everything well. I use minced pork, but you can also use any other.


We form small meatballs from the prepared minced meat.

3. Cut a small head of cauliflower into inflorescences. Cut large inflorescences into even smaller pieces. We need about 250 g of cauliflower.
Cut 250 g of potatoes into small cubes.

4. Gently put the prepared meatballs in boiling water.

5. When the water boils again, put the prepared cauliflower into the pan. Immediately throw in the sliced ​​potatoes. Cook vegetables for about 10 minutes.

6. It took 10 minutes, pour 2 tbsp into the soup. washed rice and cook for another 10 minutes on the lowest heat.

7. While the soup is cooking, prepare the sauté.
Cut 1 onion into small cubes.
Cut 1 carrot into slices. If desired, carrots can be grated.

8. Put chopped onion in a preheated pan with vegetable oil. Pass the onion until golden. Pour chopped carrots here. We pass for another 2-3 minutes.

9. The soup has already been cooked, put one bay leaf in it, salt with about half a cup. l. salt and pepper with black pepper. Add browned vegetables to this. We mix everything.

10. Chop a bunch of parsley. And put it in the soup. Let the soup boil and remove from heat. The soup is ready, you can serve it.
