The cooking method is not new. But if you haven't tried it, I highly recommend it. The most common ingredients, but the chicken turns out to be much tastier than other recipes.

Chicken fillet pieces are always very juicy and tender on the inside and crispy on the outside. Tasty! Simply! Inexpensive!

RECIPE:

• Chicken fillet - 900 g
• Starch - 1 tsp.
• Soda - 0.5 tsp.
• Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.
• Salt
• Flour (for breading)
• Spices to taste

HOW TO COOK:

Cut the chicken fillet into medium sized pieces.

I put it in a bowl, add salt to taste and soda. I stir it.

Then pour the lemon juice on the meat and add the starch. Mix well again and leave for 15-20 minutes.

Soda + lemon slightly change the structure of the meat and the pieces of chicken fillet turn out to be the most tender and very juicy inside. And thanks to the starch, all this "juiciness" remains inside the piece and a crispy and very appetizing crust is obtained.

After 15-20 minutes, roll the fillet pieces in flour and put them in a frying pan with heated oil.

Fry on both sides until a beautiful golden brown crust. Then I put it on a paper towel. Here's what happens:

You can add your favorite spices to the flour for breading - it will turn out even tastier and more aromatic. Spices can be changed. And every time there will be a new taste.
