Dandelion is the world's healthiest weed! He has edible all parts of the plant and color, and leaves and roots.

It contains vitamins: A, C, K1, elements: potassium, magnesium, iron + phytonutrients: apigenin, etc. Dandelions improve the functioning of the liver, kidneys, gallbladder, on which the work of the whole organism depends.

Most importantly, the usual "dandelion" has an anti-inflammatory effect (and a latent inflammatory the process is now for many due to the wrong combination of food products and CIP food).

Now we are interested in bright "sunny" dandelion flowers from which we will make a drink "driving bile!"

Ingredients:

1. Flowers - a handful

2. Date - 1 piece

3. Water - 1 glass

Preparation

Until the dandelion flew away ("He flew away, but promised to return!"), We pick flowers, put them in small bags (both for drying and in a freezer for the winter). We immediately make "magic" drinks from some of the flowers.

They picked the flowers in a clean place, washed them well, poured them into a blender container, threw in the pulp of a date (for sweetness) or honey, or stevia, or no sweetener at all.

Then they added warm drinking water (you can boiled or warmed up in a jar in the sun). Beat everything together for about a minute, strain through a strainer (you can without straining). The morning "choleretic" is ready (it suits us!)

You can also make live jam, dandelion honey and cologne from dandelion flowers! Great spring mood, dear friends! :)
