✅👌Recipes for making pies have long been passed down from mother to daughters, and each time the methods of making the dough have improved, the fillings have become more diverse.

Today I want to offer you probably laziest way to make pies, stuffed with boiled eggs and green onions. This is my favorite snack.

✨ Such "pies" are prepared quickly and easily, but they always turn out delicious.

✨The dough is kneaded with kefir, so you don't need to wait long for it to come up. It is also not necessary to sculpt such "pies".

What can I say - convenient and appetizing! Try it, I'm sure you will like it!

📕 For cooking you will need: 🥙

Kefir at room temperature - 500 ml
Chicken egg (raw) - 1 pc.
Soda - 1 tsp l.
Salt - 1 tsp l.
Ground black pepper - a pinch
Wheat flour, premium grade - about 400 g
Hard-boiled eggs - 3-4 pcs.
Green onions - bunch
Vegetable oil - for frying.

Kefir for making the dough should not be too cold. Ideally, if you remember about it in advance and get it out of the refrigerator in time. If you don't remember, you can heat it up a little so that it becomes barely warm. No need to overheat! Pour kefir into a deep bowl, drive in an egg, add soda, salt, pepper.

Mix everything well with a whisk or fork. Soda will immediately begin to react to the acid of kefir, releasing bubbles with carbon dioxide. It is due to this reaction that our "pies" will turn out to be airy, light and porous.

Now we introduce flour in several approaches. I always sift the flour before adding it. Firstly, it relieves it of small debris, and secondly, it saturates it with oxygen.

Stir everything thoroughly, trying not to leave a single lump. The dough will turn out to be quite thick, almost "rubbery". Do not spare the torment, but do not overdo it. The mass should not drain, but fall off the spoon.

Now let's start preparing the filling. Cook eggs hard-boiled, cool completely in cold water, peel and cut into small cubes. Finely chop the green onion.

We shift the chopped eggs and onions into the kefir dough.

And mix everything well.

And now you can start frying directly. Heat the oil in a frying pan, spread the dough in the form of rounded cakes with a spoon. We make the fire small during frying so that the middle has time to cook simultaneously with the appearance of a golden crust. Otherwise, either the inside of the baking will turn out soggy, or the outside will burn.

When a golden crust forms on the bottom side, and the dough on the top becomes dull, without a damp shine, turn over the pancakes and continue to fry until tender.

That's it, now you can serve!
