Honeysuckle is an early summer berry. It is considered a berry of youth and due to its rich vitamin composition it promotes cell regeneration, i.e. rejuvenation of the body (it contains vitamin: A, B, C, P). Let's make a delicious "live" puree of honeysuckle.
Ingredients:
1. Honeysuckle berries - 1 cup
2. Ripe banana - 1-2 pieces
3. Blackcurrant jam - 1 tablespoon (you can do without it
Preparation
Collected berries, rinsed under running water. We pressed them in the jar so that they gave juice and the blender could more easily cope with the smog task (so as not to add water or juice).
We put the berries in a blender container, added banana pulp and black currant jam with honey (or just currant berries, if you want to get a double dose of vitamin C).
Beat until smooth, put in a cup and bon appetit! Raw mashed potatoes from the first spring-summer berries are ready!
(you can also make pastille, "live jam", jam, jam from honeysuckle, freeze it in the freezer and dry it for the winter).
