Sea buckthorn oil has been valued for a long time because it has been scientifically proven to slow the aging of the body. And let's brew a sea-buckthorn gull from fresh autumn sea-buckthorn!
Ingredients:
1. Ivan-tea ground - 1 tablespoon (you can use your favorite unroasted tea)
2. Sea buckthorn - 1 tablespoon berries
3. Honey - 1 tsp the spoon
4. Water - 1 glass
5. Ground ginger - a pinch
Preparation
We take sea buckthorn berries, put them in a blender container, add hot water (closer to warm, as far as your blender tolerates), put honey, add ginger powder.
Grind for about 1-1.5 minutes. At the same time, we brew seagulls. Then we filter our "over-blended berry" through a strainer and add it to the teapot or directly to the mug with tea.
There are many options for making "live" sea buckthorn yummies (you can crush berries with a spoon, squeeze and make jelly, you can make sea buckthorn jam with honey, sea buckthorn juice, etc.). A gorgeous berry, of course!
