The new recipe chicken cutlets are really worth those three minutes of shame (I'm talking about the headline, if anything). Because it turns out surprisingly tasty, and most importantly - healthy.

What took:

400 grams of thigh fillets and 400 grams of breast fillets

2 sweet peppers

1 squash

3 onions

5 cloves of garlic

Tomato juice

Greens

Well, salt and pepper to taste

How did you cook:

The poultry was ground in a meat grinder along with one onion and two cloves of garlic so that there were no pieces in the cutlet and it was tender.

I put parchment paper on a baking sheet, cutlets on it and put them in the oven for 12 minutes at 190 degrees.

During this time I prepared the sauce. Finely chopped 2 onions, 3 cloves of garlic, chopped bell peppers and zucchini into small pieces, fried it all and added about half a liter (maybe a little more) of tomato juice.

Well, of course, salt and pepper have not forgotten.

He removed the cutlets from the parchment, cooled the oven to 180 degrees.

After the cutlets, I put vegetables on the parchment, cutlets on them, vegetables on top again.

The only thing worth considering is that we put thick sauce under the cutlets, and pour the liquid onto the cutlets. And we send it to the oven for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees.

We take out, lick our lips and... bon appetit!
