By the way, minced meat can be replaced simply with rice with vegetables - it will also be very tasty. My husband loves this cabbage dish.

Beru a head of cabbage, separate the leaves (as for stuffed cabbage). You can do it in different ways, but I do it in the microwave. I will not describe it now (you can watch it in the video at the end of the article, or I will leave a link to the recipe, as I do it, I have already added it to the channel before, read it).
I will make the filling from minced meat. Today I have ground beef. Anyone will do. I add raw rice to the minced meat (I washed it beforehand).
I rub a couple of garlic cloves on a fine grater.
I rub the carrots on a coarse grater.
Finely chop the onion.
I cut the bell peppers into cubes.
I’ll also cut the tomatoes into cubes. After the winter, I still have frozen tomatoes, and I will use them. I highly recommend freezing tomatoes for the winter!
I add a mixture of peppers and nutmeg to taste. You can take your favorite spices.
I also add broth (half of the norm in the recipe). You can add salted water instead of broth.
I mix everything.
I take a baking dish with a diameter of 26 centimeters. Lubricate with vegetable oil.
I spread the cabbage leaves in the shape of a flower. It is necessary that the cabbage leaves hang outside the mold. I put 2 layers of cabbage leaves on the bottom of the mold.
I spread half of the minced meat and pour out half of the remaining broth, and leave the rest for the next layer.
On top I spread the cabbage leaves in one layer.
Now I spread the remaining minced meat (tamp it with a spoon) and fill it with all the broth that remains.
I wrap the hanging cabbage leaves on the minced meat and press down a little with my hands. It turns out a "pie".
Grease the cake with vegetable oil and cover with foil. Scroll the photo below (two more on the right) 👇
I cook in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for about 50 minutes. Then I take it out and for another 10 minutes in the oven to brown.
After cooking, I drain off the excess liquid, holding the pie with a plate. I decorate the cake if desired and serve it to the table. Bon Appetit!
