Sometimes the work so numb all that is fun to stretch their legs. And now I have my favorite Mey fitness tape that literally saves me. Several approaches for the day of 5 - 10 minutes, and I'm back in business.
For dinner, I had to had to get fat, so the eggs of 2 eggs (fry without oil on non-stick frying pan) and tomato (80 g) with curd cheese (20 g) and garlic.
Dinner turned on 260 kcal.
Total for the day - 1285 kcal. Drink water and green tea.
Recently, we found that the majority of washes dried before use. Some even soaked several times, and someone in the boiling water. I also believe that dried fruits should at least wash, but now has become and I pour over boiling water.
