Hello, dear readers of the "Cooking with Natalia Kalnina" channel! I greet my regular guests, as well as all those who came to see me for the first time!

Instead of cheese cakes for breakfast (especially when there is no time), I often cook such quick cottage cheese buns, which always turn out to be airy and very tasty. I love them for the speed of preparation, they cook so quickly that you can cook them for breakfast, which is what I do most often.

Recipe:

cottage cheese -250g

eggs -2pcs

salt -1 / 3 tsp.

sugar -50g

vanilla sugar -1 pack

flour -200g

vegetable oil -2 tbsp.

baking powder -10g

sour cream -2 tbsp

sugar - for sprinkling

COOKING METHOD

Put 250 grams of cottage cheese in a bowl of any fat content, I have a homemade one, break 2 eggs, add 50 grams of sugar, add vanilla sugar, and break through with an immersion blender so that the cottage cheese becomes homogeneous.

If the curd is soft, you can skip this. Pour in 2 tbsp. vegetable oil and mix everything again. Measure out 200 grams of flour, add 10 grams of baking powder and mix. Now add flour with baking powder to the curd and knead the dough, the dough should be soft elastic with easy sticking to hands, you may need more flour, it all depends on the moisture content of the curd and egg size.

Sprinkle the table with flour, divide the dough into parts, I divide it into 8-9 parts, from each part we make koloboks. Grease a baking sheet with butter, put buns, grease with sour cream and sprinkle with sugar.

We put in a preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes or navigate in your oven.

As the buns begin to blush, it means they are ready, you can take out and serve. You can serve it with tea, I have jelly coffee today. This is how they turn out to be soft, lush and very delicious.
