Recently, I prepared myself a chicken pastrami. It was very tender and tasty! Ideal - for a sandwich for breakfast with whole grain bread!

We will need:
2 chicken breasts average size (about 600 gr). You can use turkey breast fillet.
black pepper (I have "pepper mill 4" - incredibly flavorful seasoning).
dry garlic.
laurel, allspice.
smoked paprika (you can not).
salt.
Preparation.
The first thing to do pre - is dissolved in 500 ml of boiled cold water 1 tablespoon salt, add a leaf lavrushki few peas allspice and put into this solution chicken breast. Clean the refrigerator and forget about breast ideally for the whole night.
We get our breast from the marinade, and well obsushivayut lubricates spices - dried garlic, black pepper, smoked paprika can be substituted for sweet peppers). I know that some still smeared with oil - but why do we need the extra calories? And so it turns out very tasty!
Then add up the breasts each other and connect string. I have prisolit a pinch of salt.
Preheat the oven to maximum - 220 to 250 degrees, and send to the breast on the foil. Breast in foil or wrap !!!
Keep in the oven 18-20 minutes and turn off the fire, leaving our pastrami cool directly in the oven without opening the door.
The oven has cooled down - pastrami ready!
