Recipe:
Cottage cheese -150g.
Egg -1pc.
Baking powder -1 / 2 tsp.
Salt -1 / 3 tsp.
Butter -40 gr.
Condensed milk -100gr.
Flour - 150-200g.
COOKING METHOD
Put 150 grams of cottage cheese in a bowl, break 1 egg, add 1/3 tsp. salt, and mix.
Add 40 grams of soft butter, mix again and pour in 100 grams of condensed milk, mix until smooth.
Let's measure out 150 grams of flour, add 1 tsp. baking powder and mix. Add flour with baking powder to the curd and knead the dough, perhaps you may need a little more flour, it all depends on the moisture content of the curd and the size of the egg.
I needed an additional 30 grams, but I don't need to add too much, the dough should be sticky, so I knead it with a spatula and not with my hands. We leave to rest for 15 minutes. It took 15 minutes, pinch off small pieces of dough weighing about 10 grams from the dough, and roll the balls.
To prevent the dough from sticking to your hands, moisten your hands with water. It turns out 50 kolobochki. Pour vegetable oil into a saucepan, heat it up, lower the balls and fry until golden brown. Be sure to fry over medium heat so that the balls are baked.
I have 9 modes, I cook on 5 modes. Remove the finished balls on a paper towel to remove excess oil. Sprinkle ready-made powdered sugar or pour over condensed milk with chocolate. Delicious cottage cheese things are ready for tea. I recommend cooking 2 servings at once.
