Make this beautiful no-bake dessert for New Year's or Christmas. It is very simple, delicious and beautiful.
Ingredients:
- shortbread cookies - 300 g
- milk - 200 ml
- chocolate cornflakes - 200 g
- butter - 100 g
- walnuts - 100 g
- cocoa - 3 tbsp. l.
- sugar - 2 tbsp. l.
- flour - 1 tbsp. l.
- icing sugar - 1 tbsp. l.
Step by step recipe
1. First, let's prepare a sweet mass for the buds.
Break 300 g of shortbread cookies and put in a grinder. Grind everything to small crumbs. I do not fit all the cookies in the grinder at once, so I grind in 2 approaches.
2. We take 100 g of walnuts and also pour into the chopper. Grind it not too much so that small pieces remain.
3. Add chopped nuts to a bowl with sand crumbs. We mix everything.
4. Preparing the cream.
Pour 2 tablespoons into a saucepan. sugar, 1 tbsp. l. flour and 3 tbsp. l. cocoa. We mix everything. Cocoa must first be sieved through a sieve to break up all the lumps.
5. Pour 200 ml of milk here. Mix everything well and put on the stove.
6. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, so that the mixture does not burn. When the cream boils, cook it for about 1 minute, so that the flour is brewed. We remove from the fire.
7. Add 100 g of butter to the cream.
Mix everything until the oil dissolves.
8. Pour the prepared cream while still hot on the crushed biscuits with nuts. Mix everything until smooth. Let the prepared mass cool to room temperature, so that it molds better and does not spread. You can put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
9. The chocolate mass has cooled down. Take a piece of the prepared chocolate mass and roll a cone-shaped figure out of it. We put it on the board. Such figures will be the base of the cone. With this amount of ingredients, I ended up with 15 medium sized buds.
10. Insert corn flakes into the prepared base, these will be the scales of the cone. Insert the flakes in rows, start from the top of the cone and work our way down. We try to insert so that adjacent scales in a row do not overlap. In this way, we form the entire bump. At the very end, we gently press everything with our hands and give the cone the final shape. In this method, we prepare all the cones.
We put the finished cones in the refrigerator so that they freeze.
11. The bumps are frozen. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top to give them a more Festive look. Dessert is ready, you can serve it on the table.
