In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg (with the growth of 173 cm), sharing recipes and experiences.

As a Friday morning I do not have to ask.

First I forget, it's time to scale. Remembered only when drank water and had breakfast. So weighing postponed to tomorrow.

As usual, I got up early, I was hoping to work well in the morning to make the weekend, and the second half Friday to devote cooking. Moreover, we are planning a trip on Saturday to business and do not want to work at night, when all will rest.

For breakfast I had sandwiches on whole grain homemade bread (50 g) with pastrami, turkey (90 g) and 50 g of tomato. Breakfast is turned on 250 kcal.

But I knew that I was waiting at the snack cakes, which I am very popular, so leave plenty of free calories.

And with pastrami general yesterday turned a curious case.

When preparing these days curry turkey, slice the turkey I pickled in a brine of salt and spices, and sent in the refrigerator overnight. And happily I forgot about it.

I recalled yesterday nightfall. Well, that is just 20 minutes in the oven should be pastrami, and then you can turn it off and leave to cool. So I did! But in the morning for breakfast the most tender pastrami.

And I gathered after breakfast to work I turn on the laptop and then the lights go out.

On the last portion of turkey dinner curry (110 g), boiled potatoes (180 g) and cucumber (100 g).

I get dinner on 250 kcal.

I have remained a part of the pumpkin and I baked a pumpkin muffin, which received a total of 160 kcal per 100 g

A dinner - simple vegetable salad (tomato and cucumber, 100 g), filled with 5 g of olive oil and 150 g of turkey pastrami, I decided to warm.

I went to dinner 200 kcal.

I still had about 170 discretionary calories, and I decided - walk so to walk, and took themselves to tea and dried mangoes went to relax and watch a movie. Mango turned on 70 kcal - '25

Total for the day came in 1200 kcal.
