Ingredients:
- white cabbage (young) - 400 g
- cucumbers - 250 g
- boiled eggs - 4 pcs.
- tuna in its own juice - 1 can (180 g)
- parsley - 1 bunch
- green onions - 1 small bunch
Refueling:
- mustard seeds (French) - 1 tsp l.
- apple cider vinegar - 1-2 tbsp. l.
- olive oil - 2-3 tbsp l.
- salt to taste
- ground black pepper - to taste
Step by step recipe
1. First, let's prepare all the ingredients for the salad.
Finely chop half a head of young cabbage.
2. Chop a large bunch of parsley. Instead of parsley, you can use dill or other greens that you like.
Finely chop a small bunch of green onions.
3. Three boiled eggs on a coarse grater.
First cut five small cucumbers into slices, and then into cubes.
4. Put chopped cabbage, chopped cucumbers, grated eggs, chopped parsley, green onions and one 180 g can of canned tuna, after draining the liquid from it and a little crushing.
5. Now let's prepare the salad dressing.
Pour 1/2 tsp into a separate bowl. l. salt, put 1 tsp. French mustard seeds, add 1 tbsp. l. apple cider vinegar, pepper to taste and pour 2-3 tbsp. l. olive or other vegetable oil.
Mix everything well to get a homogeneous sauce.
6. Season the salad with the prepared sauce and mix well. Also, the salad can be seasoned with sour cream or mayonnaise to your liking.
