Today I want to share a recipe for meat "lordly". This is a meat recipe that the whole family will appreciate and even ask for supplements, so cook more immediately. The meat is juicy, soft, a special highlight here is the sauce, which works magic.

Ingredients:

fillet meat -500g

salt -1 / 2 tsp.

black pepper - to taste

mayonnaise (or sour cream) -3 tbsp.

pickled cucumbers -1pc

walnuts -50g

garlic -2 tbsp.

parsley and dill greens - 50g (or to taste)

COOKING METHOD

You can take chicken breast or turkey, I have 500 grams of pork, cut into portions. Now we beat the meat on both sides, if there is no hammer for chops, you can beat it off with the back of the knife.
Now salt the meat on both sides and pepper, I add half a teaspoon of salt to 500 grams of meat.

We take a frying pan, pour vegetable oil, heat well. Now fry the meat on both sides over high heat for about 30 seconds on each side, this is done in order to seal the juice in the meat.


So we fry all the meat.
Now we take a suitable baking sheet, I have a size of 40 cm by 27 cm.
Lubricate with oil and put the meat.

Let's make the sauce. Cut the pickled cucumber into small cubes.
Put 3 tablespoons in a bowl. mayonnaise or sour cream, you can in equal proportions. Add cucumbers, dill and parsley, chop finely, chop 50 grams of walnuts with a knife. And add 2 cloves of garlic, mix everything, the sauce should be thick enough.

Put on the meat, you can sprinkle with grated cheese if desired.
We put in a preheated oven and cook 20-30 at 220 degrees, it all depends on the size of the portioned pieces.

Serve meat with a side dish to the table, adding vegetables or vegetable salad. The meat turns out to be just wonderful, juicy and very tasty.
