1. Almond flour - 1 tablespoon
2. Ripe banana - 2 pieces
3. Honey - a third of a glass
4. Ground orange peel - a third of a teaspoon
5. Carob - 1-2 tsp
6. Peanuts - 1 glass
7. Linseed oil - 1 drop
Pour peanuts into a blender container, add carob and orange zest. Mix everything together for about a minute (the peanuts should be crushed to an oily mass). We put our gooey mass into a deep cup.
Separately, the banana was pounded with a fork (or blender), poured over with liquid honey, added to the bulk and mixed.
Placed in a lightly oiled form (this can be a silicone mold, a can of sour cream, etc.)
We put it in the freezer for a couple of hours. They got it, let it stand for 5 minutes, and easily took our cake out of the mold. Sprinkle it with almond flour and it's done (you can sprinkle it with self-ground oat flour).
The advantage of this sweetness is that it does not contain preservatives, trans fats, artificial sugars, eggs and is not heat-treated (very satisfying). By this principle, you can make vegan Easter, Easter cakes... Enjoy your tea, friends.
