Nettles in the juice itself! We take a moment to add it to teas, green cocktails, soups, dry leaves and stems, harvest roots, etc. (nettle contains a bunch of vitamins, trace elements, minerals we need for complete health).
Ingredients:
1. Nettle - 5-7 leaves
2. Brewing your favorite tea - 1 teaspoon
3. Water - the volume of a small teapot
Preparation
Put on gloves so that the plant would not "bite", found a clean place where the nettle grows (often it grows on rubbish heaps, apparently moonlighting as a janitor of the planet "utilizer"), picked up the leaves (you can with a soft stem).
Chopped (cut with scissors), dried the nettles, added to the teapot for the tea leaves. Brewed in the usual way (or in a thermo mug at 90 degrees, so that more nutrients are preserved).
They gave our healthy tea to brew for about 20 minutes, strain it and drink healthy tea with nettle (many are afraid that nettle thickens the blood, but if you drink enough water, then usually everything is fine and in general all traditional food thickens blood).
