Who for the first time on my channel? Let's get acquainted! My name is Anja and in May 2018 I went on about proper nutrition and caloric deficit.
In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg, share recipes and experiences.
At the present time I have been able to get rid of 41 kg.
Every day I weigh foods and count calories and it has become a habit and does not burden. A weekly results on the scales - happy.
My breakfast today consisted of sandwiches with whole wheat bread (60 g), cheese (30 grams) and fish (60 g).
During breakfast, I did not forget to take vitamins and omega-3 capsule. I finished breakfast of green tea with jasmine.
Just happened to breakfast 405 kcal.
All the work today, I put down for the evening and spend the day cooking. Tried a couple of new recipes that will soon share with you.
One of the experiments - beet pâté (40 gr) - I had to snack with rye loaf.
Undershot up to 80 calories just as well as brought the fun)
I loved before beet with mayonnaise and garlic, but now as you know, this vkusnuypirogek banned because of mayonnaise. And finally I found the correct and tasty substitute.
For lunch I had a boiled buckwheat (130 g) chicken breast with Adygei cheese and sour cream (115 g) - finished her last piece, and prepared even on weekends). For buckwheat chicken breast I added vegetables - tomato (80 g) and cucumber (60 g).
Total lunch turned 350 kcal.
In the afternoon I cooked and dinner.
For dinner vegetable mix (110 g) and chicken croquettes (120 c).
Total dinner 200 kcal.
For a couple of hours before going to bed, I ate a can of soft cottage cheese (120 gr) - 90 kcal.
Total for the day came in 1150, and drunk water norm.
