"Calm, only calm!" After all, life is sheer pleasure! Making a delicious drink that will create a calm mood.
Ingredients:
1. Mint - a bunch (improves digestion, "repairs" nerves)
2. Lemon - a couple of slices (stimulates the liver to work)
3. Orange - quarter (vitamin C, for flavor)
4. Stevia - to taste (harmless sweetener)
5. Water - 1-2 glasses (ideally drink melt water)
Preparation
Plucked the mint, washed. Placed in a blender container, add a lemon and a slice of orange (you can only use the zest).
Added a sweetener (or another, or no sweetener at all), a fraction of water (warm or cool, depending on what you want to freshen up or warm up).
Beat for about a minute, strain through a strainer, pour into a glass (you can decorate with a wedge and a leaf of mint). The result is a delicious drink (something like non-alcoholic mojitos)
