There are situations when there is absolutely no way to go to the store for bread, and then I remember this recipe. It's good that there is always kefir in my refrigerator, delicious aromatic bread is ready in 30 minutes.
So, everything is very simple and easy: the basis of quick bread is kefir, if it is not entirely fresh, then it will be even better. You need to add flour, salt, soda and a pinch of sugar to kefir (optional).
In order to make the bread more interesting and piquant, I add some greens, chopped with a blender, to which I also add a couple of cloves of fresh garlic. Fresh garlic can be replaced with dry garlic, which will save a little time.
You should get a soft elastic dough that sticks very little to your hands. The main thing is not to "hammer" the dough with flour too much, otherwise the cakes will turn out hard.
I divide the whole dough into 6 parts, grease my hands with vegetable oil and, without using a rolling pin, form small cakes about 1 - 1.5 cm thick.
I spread the resulting cakes on a baking sheet and grease them a little with kefir. Top can be sprinkled with ground paprika or Provencal herbs.
The cakes are sent to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes.

- Flour 350-400 grams

- 1-2 cloves of garlic
