Our favorite side dish is potatoes. We cook it, and fry it, and bake it, and stew it. Today I will cook another dish from the most ordinary potatoes. The recipe is very simple. It turns out to be satisfying, tasty, and beautiful. You can even use it as an edible decoration))
HOW TO COOK:
Peel the potatoes and grate them on a carrot grater in Korean. I transfer the grated potatoes to a bowl.
Now I add salt, spices, hard cheese and butter. Any cheese can be used. I rub it on a fine grater. I also always use different spices. Both the taste of the dish and its color change slightly. Take the spices that suit you.
Here's what I used today:
• Potatoes - 5-6 pcs.
• Hard cheese - 60 g
• Paprika - 0.5 tsp.
• Hops-suneli - 0.5 tsp.
• Vegetable oil - 1-2 tbsp.
• Salt
I mix everything and put it on a baking sheet. I use a good quality silicone mat or baking paper.
Very important! Don't put potatoes on foil or cheap parchment! If there is no special rug or good parchment paper, it is better to put the potatoes simply on a greased baking sheet.
I put the potatoes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees. I bake for 20-25 minutes. The potatoes should be well browned, but not burnt!
I take out the baking sheet from the oven and roll up the still hot potatoes like this, "roll":
It remains to cut. And you can serve. How I cook such a potato (and 4 more interesting "potato" recipes), see the video below:
