On a day off, why not please the family with pancakes? They are loved by both children and adults.
Ingredients: milk, eggs, sugar, salt, soda, vegetable oil, eye flour
Cooking method:
Put eggs, sugar, salt, soda into warm milk, beat. Gradually add flour, bring the dough to a semi-liquid state, add oil and at the very end a couple of tablespoons of hot water. If the milk is rustic, you need to take 3 glasses of milk and 1 glass of water.
Lightly grease the pan with oil, heat up and bake thin pancakes on both sides. If they tear or stick, add a little more flour. Grease each pancake with butter.
First filling: Finely chop the cabbage, fry in vegetable oil until slightly golden. Add salt, sugar, a few drops of vinegar, onion, a little water and simmer over medium heat until tender.
The second filling: put the prepared minced meat with onions in a pan, pour water so that the minced meat hides a little and simmer, stirring until tender. At the end, add a piece of butter. Water should evaporate from minced meat.
We put the filling on the pancake, wrap it up and serve with sour cream. Can be heated in the oven for 5 minutes.
