Do you like simple and delicious snacks? If your answer is yes, then I suggest you try a wonderful dish - zucchini with egg, fried in a pan. We will cook them in circles, inside they will turn out to be incredibly tender, and on the outside there will be a ruddy crispy crust - an incomparable combination.

These zucchini are delicious to serve with yogurt or sour cream sauce. They also go well with fresh vegetable salad, meat dishes, poultry, etc.

Ingredients:

Zucchini - 1 pc.

Chicken eggs - 1 pc.

Bread crumbs - 2 tbsp.

Salt, pepper, paprika, dry garlic - to taste

Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.

Yogurt - for serving

Cooking process:

1. Prepare all the necessary foods. Choose a medium-sized zucchini, its skin should be soft and tender, and the seeds should be small and not too coarse.

2. Wash the vegetable and dry, trim the tails on both sides. Cut the zucchini itself into plates / slices.

3. Take a small bowl, drive a chicken egg into it.

4. Add spices - salt, ground pepper, paprika, dry granulated garlic. Additionally, you can add seasonings from yourself, based on your taste.

5. Shake the egg and spices well together.

6. Dip the sliced ​​zucchini in the egg mixture.

7. After that, transfer them to a bowl of breadcrumbs, soak on both sides. Repeat breading again - egg, crackers.

8. Meanwhile, put a frying pan on the stove, pour in some vegetable oil and heat. Transfer the prepared zucchini into it, fry them on both sides until golden brown - 1-1.5 minutes each. Remove excess oil with kitchen paper towels.

9. Prepare sauce for the dish - put thick yogurt in a bowl, add spices - dry garlic, paprika, salt and pepper. Stir and remove sample.

10. Transfer the sauce to a gravy boat and serve directly to the table with hot, golden zucchini.
