On hot summer days, there is absolutely no desire and energy to cook different desserts using the oven. This not only raises the temperature in the room, but is also quite tiring.

But sometimes you still want something sweet, so I cook a very simple, uncommon, not expensive dessert from ordinary lavash. You can always buy it at the nearest store, and the rest of the ingredients too.

You need to cut a rectangle out of thin pita bread, the size can be any. Almost the news of pita bread needs to be greased with boiled condensed milk, leaving a few centimeters of a free edge.

Further, that part of the lavash that is greased with condensed milk should be sprinkled with any nuts. It can be not only nuts, but also dried fruits. There is a huge field for imagination. I used walnuts, which I pre-dried in the oven and then chopped the crumbs into a not very Christmas tree using a blender.

It remains to roll the pita bread into a tight roll and wait about an hour until it is soaked and soft. From above, you can also smear with decorate with nuts.

When the roll becomes soft, it must be cut into portions and served with tea.
