"Underground" vegetables (roots) cleanse the body well, and fruits "vitaminize".
Now (spring, early summer ...) is the time of cleanliness after a long cold "gluttonous" winter (in the fall "feeding" fortification before wintering).
We make a cleansing salad mix from what we always have (beets, carrots, nettles).
Ingredients:
1. Carrots - 1 pc (carotenoids, improves complexion)
2. Beets - half medium (fiber cleans the intestines)
3. Dried nettle powder - a third of a teaspoon (minerals, also have a mild laxative effect)
4. Garlic - 1 clove (stimulates bile production)
5. Lemon juice - from 1 slice (vitamin C, acid increases absorption)
Preparation
We take carrots and beets, wash them well, peel them. Grate carrots on a fine grater, then beets and garlic.
Sprinkle with nettle powder (dry ground nettle on a coffee grinder), sprinkle with lemon juice.
We mix our salad and bon appetit. (radish, radish, dandelion, etc. are still excellent at this time ..)
