Very tasty, very good. And it's easy to prepare. My boys, and especially my husband, really like this cake or flatbread (I don't know what to call it correctly). But the main thing is delicious! I really want you to try!
HOW TO COOK:
I put the pot on the stove. I pour water into it, add salt and butter.
I bring it to a boil. Then I add flour. All at once. And I mix it very quickly. The dough will gather in such a lump:
Put it in a bowl and let the dough cool slightly. Approximately 2-3 minutes. You can mix it several times - this will cool the dough faster.
Then add the eggs one at a time and mix the dough with a mixer.
You should get such a smooth and homogeneous dough:
I rub any hard cheese on a fine grater. And I mix.
I spread the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Very important! Pie can stick to plain paper. You need to use siliconized parchment or silicone mat.
I spread the dough with a spatula so that the dough layer is no more than 5 mm. With wet hands, I make the layer of dough "uneven" (how I do it, you can clearly see in the video at the beginning of the article).
I put the baking sheet in paper preheated to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Look in your oven! It may take 5 minutes longer. The cake will rise well, and then fall off - it should be so.
Cut into pieces and you can taste! This is delicious! Highly! Try it! By the way, you don't need to add cheese. You can make a dessert - sprinkle the dough with sugar and cinnamon on top. Delicious too!
