First of all, we take honey or powdered sugar. My girlfriend insists on honey (especially since they have their own natural). I tried with both honey and powder. And so, and so delicious! But honey is healthier.
Then I take cocoa (it needs to be sifted into a bowl with honey). 📢If you don't like chocolate ice cream, then you can simply do it with powdered sugar and add vanillin or add condensed milk instead of powder and cocoa (photo of such ice cream at the beginning of the article). This will already be a real ice cream to taste! I'm making chocolate today.
Now add some cream and mix until smooth. Cream should be taken from 20%. My friend of course uses homemade cream. But, I cook with cream and from the store. 😍 Great.
Then I pour out the remaining cream.
Beat everything with a mixer until thick (but without fanaticism). The mass should be light and airy.
I pour the ice cream into a container and send it to the freezer (I usually cook in the evening and leave it in the freezer overnight).
If desired, you can add any fillers: nuts, berries.
