Today I want to offer you a casserole with chicken breast and vegetables.

We will need (grams indicated for those who believe kbzhu):

  • 3 small chicken fillets - 640 g,

  • 2 tomatoes - 300 g,
  • 1 paprika - 140 g,
  • onion (red onion I) - 120 g,
  • suluguni or any low-fat cheese - 80 grams,
  • jar natural yoghurt (forgot about it pictured) - 150 g,
  • salt, pepper, dried garlic to taste.

The first thing my and organic vegetables. Washing the chicken breast.

Chicken cut into small pieces.

Potato, tomato, onion cut into rings.

Take shape with high edges and begin forming layers of our casseroles.

Cover with foil, having made some holes in it, and send it in the oven at 220 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
