If you love "chocolate chocolate covered in chocolate", then you must make this cupcake. Cooking it is quick and easy, I guarantee that even those who are “not friends” with pastries will succeed.
Ingredients: flour, dark chocolate, butter, sugar, eggs, natural yogurt, baking powder, ripe pears, powdered sugar, salt
Cooking method:
Grease a cake tin (24 cm in diameter) with butter and sprinkle with flour, shaking off excess flour.
Chop the chocolate, add the butter, put in a water bath and melt completely, mix the chocolate and butter until smooth. Cool down a bit.
Sift flour and baking powder together, add a pinch of salt.
In a bowl, beat eggs and sugar until fluffy. Add melted chocolate, yogurt and flour mixture, stir well.
Peel the pears and cut into medium cubes. Gently fold the pears into the batter. Pour the dough into the mold and smooth out. Put the form with the dough in an oven preheated to 170 degrees and bake for 40 minutes, check the readiness with a wooden stick. Remember that there is a lot of chocolate in the cupcake, so it should remain slightly moist inside.
Take the mold out of the oven and let it cool. Invert the cake onto a plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
