We prepare all the ingredients.

We clean the eggs and carrots. We put cottage cheese, eggs, carrots in a blender. Beat into a homogeneous mass. ✔️ The more thoroughly the ingredients are crushed, the more tender the taste of the pate will be.

Add caviar to the curd mass and mix gently with a fork. ✔️You can use any other caviar instead of herring caviar - cod, capelin, etc. Taste and adjust salt and spices to taste. I didn't add spices or salt.
