Today I want to suggest that you cook a tender, moderately spicy, and very easy-to-prepare healthy snack from this vegetable. It is prepared very quickly and all the ingredients are perfectly combined with each other.

✨ This appetizer can be served with breakfast or as a hearty snack. And how it fits perfectly with kebabs...

✨ Also, such a curd-vegetable paste can be spread on toast or spread in tartlets. It will turn out to be an excellent option for a celebration in the format of a buffet table.

📕To prepare a snack you will need: 🥙

Fresh radish - 100 g
Cottage cheese of any fat content - 150 g
Sour cream of any fat content - 2 tbsp. l.
Garlic - 2-3 cloves
Dill greens - a small bunch
Salt, black pepper
Bread - for serving (optional).

We wash the radishes thoroughly, cut off the tails. Then rub on a coarse grater into a deep bowl.

Rinse a few branches of dill, dry and finely chop with a knife. We send it to a bowl with a radish.

Now cottage cheese. Its fat content does not matter, consistency is much more important. If you come across granular cottage cheese, it is advisable to wipe it through a metal sieve. This will help get rid of the lumps. The pasty curd, which is usually sold in briquettes, does not need to be wiped. We just put it in a bowl right away.

We peel a few cloves of garlic and push through a press, or three on a fine grater. Put in a common bowl. The amount of garlic can be adjusted to taste. Someone likes a sharper taste, someone softer. In my version, the appetizer is medium spicy. We also season the mass with pepper, salt.

Now add sour cream. Instead, you can season your snack with natural yogurt. It will be a bit fat with mayonnaise, but if you like it, no one will forbid you to use it.

It remains only to mix everything well, and the appetizer is ready!

You can serve it right away by placing it in a small salad bowl. Another serving option is on bread. You can take both white and black, whichever you like best. And if you pre-brown the bread in a frying pan or in a toaster, it will be even tastier!
