Unusually beautiful pita roll with crab sticks. It is tender and satisfying, juicy and a little spicy and, of course, very tasty. Due to its layering, it looks very unusual. Such a pita roll will look great on a festive table and will be an excellent substitute for boring sandwiches. And you can also cook it for a snack and take it with you to nature.
Such a roll is prepared very simply and quickly from the most affordable ingredients. The main thing is to give it a couple of hours of time to soak, and then it will delight you with juiciness and delicate taste. This appetizer is always liked by guests and households.

Ingredients:
- thin pita bread - 3 sheets
- tomato - 2 pcs.
- dill - bunch
- garlic - 1 clove
- crab sticks - 250 g
- cheese - 200 g
- mayonnaise - 50-100 g
Step by step recipe:
1. First, let's prepare the filling.
Rub the cheese on a coarse grater.
Finely chop a bunch of dill.
2. Add chopped dill to the cheese and squeeze out a clove of garlic through a press.
We mix everything.
3. Cut the crab sticks into small strips.
4. Cut the tomatoes into 4 pieces and remove the seeds.
Cut the solid part of the tomato into strips.
5. We begin to fold the roll.
We put the first sheet of pita bread and evenly grease it with mayonnaise.
Put the prepared cheese with dill on top.
6. Put the second sheet of lavash on top and also grease it with mayonnaise.
Put chopped crab sticks on pita bread.
7. Cover with a third sheet of pita bread and also grease it with mayonnaise.
Put chopped tomatoes on top.
8. We carefully roll all three sheets of pita bread with the filling into a tight roll.
We wrap the roll in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours so that it is infused.
The roll turned out to be very tasty, tender and beautiful. It will look great on a festive table.
