I get up, have breakfast and go to work.
In order to somehow extend the breakfast and a little put off work, I decided to bake the morning cottage cheese and apple pancakes and breakfast of piping hot, but not as usual, warm up those baked for the evening breakfast.
So Breakfast - 200 grams of cottage cheese and apple fritters and green tea with sea buckthorn and lemon balm.
Breakfast is turned on 305 kcal. Vitamins and omega-3 is necessary to drink at meal time.

Weather amazing - all day yesterday it was snowing even covered the ground, but today the rain poured down. Well, that will not have to!
After the weekend I stayed chicken breast, baked in the oven (150 g), to which I added 200 g of boiled potatoes, 50 g of carrots in Korean.
I get dinner on 420 kcal.
Having finished the work at the computer, I went to engage in economic affairs (because in the morning I did not want to do anything) and cook dinner.
For dinner I made a salad with chicken breast, mushrooms and peppers. Once this salad was one of my favorites, but the trouble is, he refueled mayonnaise and vegetable processing was on a large amount of oil. But all fixable, and has been one of my favorite salads is ready in about PP version.
At dinner - salad (350 g) chicken breast, mushrooms and peppers, filled cream sauce.
Dinner turned on 310 kcal.
Tasty, hearty - as I like. And note - this salad is perfect for a New Year table 😉
Total for the day turned 1240 kcal.
As always drink water, green tea.
Recall that the recommended rate of water - 30 ml per kilogram of body weight.

I've recently tried to prove that drinking before meals (15-20 minutes) is very harmful. That the water drunk before a meal, mix in the stomach with food and prevents its digestion. That water dilutes the gastric juice, and it can not digest the food, it lacks the right amount of enzymes.
