The vegetables themselves perfectly emphasize the taste of each other: peppers, cucumbers and tomatoes are a traditional and familiar combination for many. In addition, in the summer they cost a penny, and even if you are not on a diet or PP, you still need to include them in your diet as often as possible, so it becomes properly balanced.
Boil the chicken - a simpler and easier solution. For dressing, use a drop of garlic oil and lime juice.
Ingredients:
Chicken fillet (boiled) - 200 g
Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
Tomatoes - 2 pcs.
Fresh cucumbers - 2 pcs.
Sweet pepper - 0.5 pcs.
Cilantro - for serving
Salt, pepper - to taste
Garlic oil - 1 tablespoon
Lime juice to taste

1. Prepare all the necessary foods according to the list.
