Dough "Fluffy" for airy pies with cabbage or apple

So, it's time to master a new dough recipe, where the real secret ingredient will be. Or maybe he is not so secret and it's all about the mental mood or the desire to feed loved ones with delicious homemade cakes? Unknown.

However, the pies come out of it notable.

Ingredients:

0.5 kg of flour (maybe a little more - for a handful)
1 sachet of dry fast yeast
3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
1.5 cups of sparkling mineral water (secret ingredient) - not from the fridge!
incomplete h. l. salt
2 h l. Sahara

How to cook:

1. Pour almost warm mineral water into a deep bowl. Add salt, sugar and vegetable oil. The dough is without eggs, but if you wish, you can add the yolk.

2. Pour a little sifted flour into the liquid mixture and a bag of yeast on top. Continuing to add flour - start kneading the dough until it is all over.

3. Knead the finished dough with warm hands for at least 10-15 minutes.

4. Then tighten the top of the bowl with cling film or cover with a towel and leave in a warm place.

After about 40 minutes, the dough will begin to actively rise.

In principle, you can already cut it into balls in order to sculpt / shape pies. Then it is still suitable during the proofing.

Important! If you want a richer dough, you can slightly increase the amount of sugar and butter. And also add vanillin.
