At one point, I decided to change their lives and change dramatically. I learned a lot of information and have chosen for themselves about proper nutrition and caloric deficit. And here is the result - in May 2018 with a minus of 53 kg of excess weight. This result did not give me any diets and hunger!

And most importantly, I have always fed me a delicious and feel great both physically and psychologically.

Once again I want to draw your attention to the fact that I only share my experiences and show that losing weight can be a delicious and balanced eating. Or who I do not impose or propose to do as I do.

Breakfast - amaranth bread (20 g) with curd cheese (20 g) and fish pate (55 g). And green tea - just chocolate pleasure - PP cupcake (90 g).

I have breakfast at 430 kcal.
