When I was still a student, every summer I cooked only one dish of zucchini - stew. Not because I couldn't do anything else, but because only I liked it. Now I no longer cook such a stew, I'm tired, but I cook a spread (pate) almost every day. The recipe is very simple, and what is especially nice, does not require a lot of time and money.
To prepare such a pate, you must first bake the zucchini in the oven. I cut it into small cubes, add 5 cloves of garlic, add some vegetable oil, add salt, black pepper and my favorite spices.
I send it to the oven for 30-40 minutes, bake at 180 degrees.
Next, I transfer the prepared and slightly cooled zucchini to another container and add the Druzhba processed cheese, cut into cubes.
I grind everything with a hand blender. I add some green onions and chop again. The more chives in the pate, the sharper and more piquant it will be.
You should get a homogeneous smooth mass with green specks. Now it is important to cool it down, because the pate is much tastier when cold.

- Zucchini 200 grams
- Garlic 5 pcs
- Processed cheese "Druzhba" 1-2 pcs
- Green onions
- Vegetable oil, salt and baking spices
