Original cucumber salad: marinate right on the plate in minutes

Finally, the prices for cucumbers have dropped pleasantly and you can prepare various salads every day and not once. Today I want to share with you a recipe for an unusual cucumber salad that will help add variety to the daily menu.

In order for the cucumbers to be quickly saturated with the dressing, I cut them into strips with a vegetable peeler.

Be sure to fry some sesame seeds in a dry frying pan, so its taste will be brighter in the salad.

Be sure to add garlic, peel 2-3 cloves and squeeze through a press. I combine chopped cucumbers, garlic, sesame seeds, a little salt in a salad bowl and start dressing.

I use a few tablespoons of soy sauce for dressing, but adjust the amount to your liking. And also vegetable oil, which I heat up in a pan and pour salad over it. Mix quickly and leave for literally 5 minutes.

By the time I set the table for lunch or dinner, the salad will be ready.

Ingredients:

  • 500 grams of cucumbers
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3-4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3-4 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
