Today I want to remind you of the recipe for one very simple, tasty, and most importantly hearty salad, which I often replace for dinner in the summer. This is because it contains both meat and vegetables, and this is quite enough, in addition, it is not dangerous for the figure.
To prepare the salad, you need to boil the meat in advance, I use beef. I cook it with the addition of onions, carrots and spices. So the meat turns out to be more aromatic, and the broth is more interesting from which an excellent soup is obtained.
I tear the meat into fibers, but you can cut it as you like. I cut two cucumbers into strips.
I cut red bell peppers in the same way. You can take peppers of different colors, then the salad will be brighter and more elegant.
I cut the red onion as thin as possible and fill it with boiling water, leave it for a few minutes.
You can replace boiling water with vinegar mixed in water in equal proportions, then there will be a slight sourness in the salad. Here everyone will make their choice.
I send all the ingredients to the salad bowl and add one clove of chopped garlic, salt and olive or sunflower oil to them.
Mix well and serve.
I will not indicate the proportions of the ingredients, you can add as much as you want. If you want the salad to be more juicy, then you can add one tomato.
