✅👌 What do you do with canned fish? Surely you just open a jar and serve them with boiled or fried potatoes? Or maybe make a rich soup with them?

Today I want to share with you a recipe very quick lazy pie using a jar of canned fish.

✨ To make such a cake, you do not need kefir, sour cream and even yeast for making dough. It turns out to be the softest, aromatic and satisfying.

A great option for a snack or to take with you to work or even breakfast, because the pie is prepared quite quickly! 🥰

📕To make fish pie you will need: 🥙

Selected chicken eggs - 5 pcs.
Any canned fish in oil or its own juice - 1 can (250 g)
Wheat flour of the highest grade - 3 tbsp. l.
Green onions - small bunch
Salt, pepper - to taste
Sunflower oil - 1 tsp l.

👨🏻‍🍳 Let's start cooking... ⤵️⤵️⤵️

Drive eggs into a deep bowl, add a pinch of salt. Beat lightly with a whisk. Lush, stable foam is not needed, the main thing is that the egg mass becomes homogeneous, and grains of salt dissolve in it.

Transfer the canned fish to a separate plate, remove the large bones, and knead the pulp with a fork. We send to the common dish.

Finely chop with a knife and pour green onions into the future dough. Optionally, you can use other types of greenery that you like or that are currently available.

Sift the flour and add to the already mixed ingredients of the pie.

We mix everything well, trying to prevent the formation of lumps from the flour. The dough will turn out to be quite liquid, flowing, not very fluffy and low-fat.

Grease the pan with a small amount of oil, put it on a small fire and wait until its surface warms up. Then pour and level the dough. Cover the pan with a lid and cook on low heat for about 10 minutes.

As soon as the top part of the pie grasps (becomes dull) and the bottom is browned, turn the pastry over. Cook for about 5 more minutes until a crust forms.

Put the finished pie on a plate and serve. It turns out to be soft, tender and satisfying. Ideal for breakfast or a snack, especially for those who love fish.
