✅👌One of the most affordable vegetables in the summer is zucchini. And how much of it you can cook the most varied, delicious and mouth-watering dishes! Just fry, casseroles, pancakes, snack cakes ...

And today I want to offer you to cook delicious pasties from this extraordinary vegetable. Yes, yes chebureks ... And moreover, you do not have to knead the dough for them, and then roll it out for a long time.

✨ Everything is done very simply, and the result exceeds all expectations - deliciously extraordinary!

📕To make pasties you will need: 🥙

Zucchini base:
Young zucchini - 1-2 pcs. (total weight 300 g)
Dill greens - 2-3 branches (about 25 g)
Chicken egg (selected category) - 1 pc.
Kefir (any fat content) - 70-80 ml
Salt is an incomplete teaspoon
Ground pepper - a pinch
Wheat flour - 150 g
Filling:
Minced meat - 200 g
Onions - 1 small head or half medium
Kefir - 50 ml
Dried dill, black pepper - to taste
Table salt - 0.5-075 tsp l.

Traditionally, we wash and dry young zucchini, cut off their ends. You don't need to clean them! Then we take a deep bowl, grater and coarsely rub the zucchini. Pour kefir into them and add finely chopped dill. We drive in an egg, salt and pepper.

Mix the squash thoroughly with a fork or spoon.

Now we introduce flour. First, we sift it separately, and then pour it in small portions to the zucchini and mix well. We try to prevent the appearance of lumps.

Gradually pour out all the flour. You will get a sticky, runny dough. Its consistency will be close to that of a pancake dough. For now, set it aside and prepare the filling.

Put the minced meat in a separate bowl. Grind the onion with a blender or grate it on a medium / coarse grater and add to the minced meat. Pour kefir here, put spices and salt. Dill can be used fresh, but I ran out of it - all went to the dough.

Mix the filling with a fork, achieving maximum uniformity. Ready!

Now let's start frying. Grease the pan with a small amount of vegetable oil. It is very convenient to do this with a silicone brush. Then put some squash dough and spread it over the bottom of the pan as thin as possible. I have a small skillet, so I spread the dough all over the area. If you have a large-diameter frying pan, you can simply form a round pancake of a size convenient for you, it is not necessary to reach the very rims. Cook over low heat for several minutes until the dough sets.

Gently turn the pancake over to the other side and fry for a few more minutes.

Then visually divide the zucchini pancake in half and apply a thin layer of minced meat on 1 half.

We cover the filling with the empty side of the pancake, press the edges of our pasties with a spatula. Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown and minced meat is done.

Serve zucchini pasties with sour cream sauce (sour cream + finely chopped fresh herbs), vegetables, various salads. Despite the fact that the filling consists mainly of meat, the appetizer remains very tasty even when cold.
