✨Marinade can be changed to your liking. For example, instead of sugar, put honey, and replace vinegar with lemon juice.

✨But first, I advise you to marinate such zucchini, strictly following the recipe. You will definitely not regret it! 🥰

📕 For cooking you will need: 🥙

Young zucchini - 700 g (2 pcs.)
Onions - 1 head (100-150 g)
Fresh dill - a small bunch
Vinegar - 3 tbsp. l. (6%) or 1.5-2 tbsp. l. (9%)
Dijon mustard - 1 tsp l.
Salt - 1 tsp l.
Sugar - 1/2 tsp l.
Ground sweet paprika - 1/2 tsp l.
Fresh garlic - 1 clove

We wash, dry the zucchini and cut off the ends from both sides. Then cut into thin, thin, almost transparent circles or semicircles. If you have a mandolin grater, it will help you a lot when slicing. If not, use a knife.

We wash and dry the dill, chop it with a knife. We peel the onion and chop it into thin half rings.

We load the chopped vegetables and herbs into a clean food bag. As practice shows, it is better to use a bag made of dense polyethylene, a thin one can simply break during the cooking process. If you do not have tight bags, just thread one bag into another so that nothing leaks for sure. We also add mustard beans on top, it is also called French or Dijon. Squeeze a clove of garlic through a press.

Then put salt, sugar and paprika, pour in vinegar. Please note that the amount of vinegar depends on its concentration!

Now it's up to a little. We collect the neck of the bag from above and tie it on a strong knot.

Gently shake the bag, thoroughly mixing its contents. And we send it to the refrigerator to marinate for at least half an hour.

After 30 minutes, the zucchini can already be tasted. They will be chilled and soaked in a savory marinade. This makes a crispy and flavorful snack. It is very good with fried potatoes or meat.
