✅👌 Honestly, I just tried such a salad from my friend just a week ago. Now I am trying to make up for lost time, and for the second time in a week I am preparing it for my family.

✨ There is everything here: the piquancy of garlic, and the freshness of greens, and the wonderful aroma of nuts, and the juiciness of tomatoes.

✨ I highly recommend it to everyone, I'm sure there will be no one indifferent - it's really delicious!

📕 To prepare such a salad you will need: 🥙

Young zucchini - 2 pcs. medium size
Red, ripe tomatoes - 2 pcs. medium size
Fresh garlic - 2-3 cloves
Refined sunflower oil - for roasting zucchini
Walnut kernels - 50 g
Parsley, cilantro - bunch
Soy sauce - 50 ml
Lemon juice - 1.5 tbsp l.
Sesame seeds - 1 tbsp l.

In general, you can cook such a dish from any zucchini.

The only thing is that it is necessary to cut off the peel from the old ones and remove the seeds. In the case of young zucchini, this is not necessary. It is enough to wash them, cut off the ends and cut them into small cubes. Next, heat a little oil in a frying pan and pour the sliced ​​zucchini into it. Fry over medium heat until golden brown on all sides. There is no need to salt the zucchini, and it is advisable to mix it infrequently - 3-4 times during the entire cooking time.

While the zucchini is fried, prepare a spicy dressing. You need walnuts for her. We remove the kernels from the shell and chop finely with a knife, almost into crumbs.

Pour the chopped nuts into a deep bowl, add a bunch of finely chopped greens. I had parsley, but you can take it in half with cilantro or just cilantro - see which you like more. Also squeeze out a couple of garlic cloves.

Next, pour in soy sauce, lemon juice, sprinkle with sesame seeds and stir everything well. Refueling is ready!

Let's continue with vegetables. And in principle, we only have tomatoes left. We cut them into the same pieces as the zucchini.

In the meantime, the zucchini has already been fried until tender.⤵️⤵️⤵️

Cool them a little, then pour them into a spacious bowl. Add tomatoes and nut dressing.

It remains only to mix and let it brew for 20-30 minutes.

Such a salad can be served with any meat dishes, it will turn out especially appetizing with a kebab.
