Preparing such sandwiches is not at all difficult and the idea is not new. We just stuff the baguette with a delicious filling, cool it, cut it and the dish can be served. In a different way, these snack sandwiches are perfect for morning tea, coffee and just a snack for both adults and children.
Change the filling for such sandwiches in a different way to your liking. You can add ready-made meat, sausage, mushrooms, tomatoes and whatever your heart desires ...
Try to make such sandwiches instead of the usual ones at least once and they will definitely take root in your menu!

Ingredients:

  • baguette - 1 pc.
  • sweet red pepper - 1 pc.
  • sweet pepper orange (yellow) - 1 pc.
  • boiled eggs - 2 pcs.
  • butter - 100 g
  • cheese - 100 g
  • horseradish - 1 tbsp. l.
  • dill - bunch
  • salt - 1/2 tsp l.
  • ground black pepper

Step by step recipe

1. First, let's prepare all the ingredients.
Take 2 sweet peppers and cut out the seed pods. First cut the pepper into strips, and then cut the strips into small cubes.
I took one red and one orange pepper.

2. Finely chop a small bunch of dill. You can also use parsley and green onions.
Cut 2 boiled eggs into small cubes.
Three 100 g of cheese on a coarse grater.

3. Put 100 g of soft butter in a bowl, add 1 tbsp. l. horseradish, pepper with ground black pepper and salt a little, I added about 1/2 tsp. salt. We mix everything.

4. Add chopped dill and grated cheese to this mixture. Mix everything again.

5. Add red and orange peppers and chopped eggs. We mix.

6. We take a baguette and cut off the ends on both sides. With a long knife, cut out the pulp, first on one side, and then on the other. If the baguette is very long and it is impossible to cut the middle, then the baguette can be cut into 2 shorter parts.

7. Gradually fill the baguette with the prepared filling. You need to fill it tightly enough so that the filling does not fall out. For convenience, I pushed the filling with a handle from a large wooden spoon.
Wrap the stuffed baguette in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator to freeze.

8. The filling has frozen, we take out the baguette and cold cut it into portioned pieces. It is easy to cut.

Sandwiches turned out differently beautiful and tasty. They are prepared simply and from the available products. You can customize the filling to your liking, such as adding mushrooms, tomatoes, sausage or meat.
