A very beautiful dessert with cherries in a glass will brighten your festive table or brighten up a weekday. The most delicate curd-yoghurt cream is in harmony with the sandy base, and cherry confiture gives a pleasant sourness. It turns out very tasty, completely unpleasant and moderately sweet. Both adults and children will taste this dessert with pleasure.
This cherry dessert is prepared very simply and quickly. And all the products are as affordable as possible, you don't even need cream and gelatin. The only thing you have to spend a little time on is cooking and cooling the jam, but you can cook it in advance. And then we just alternate the layers in the bowl. I highly recommend collecting this cherry dessert in transparent glasses or bowls, as contrasting layers always attract attention and delight the eye.
Everything seems to be very simple, but how tasty and beautiful it turns out! Be sure to prepare such a dessert to please your family and friends.

Ingredients:

  • cherry - 1.5 cups
  • cottage cheese - 200 g
  • plain yogurt - 180 g
  • oatmeal cookies - 150 g
  • sugar - 4 tbsp. l.
  • water - 100 ml
  • butter - 30 g
  • starch - 15 g (1.5 tbsp. l. with an average slide)

Step by step recipe

1. First, let's prepare the cherry layer, as it needs to cool down.
Put 1.5 cups of cherries in a saucepan, this is about 300 g of cherries with a stone. You must first remove the seeds from the cherries. We pour 2 tbsp. l. sugar, pour 100 ml of water and add 15 g of starch, this is 1.5 tbsp. l. with an average slide.
We mix everything and put on fire.

2. Cook the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly. As soon as everything boils, cook for about 1 minute and remove from heat.
Let cool completely.

3. Break 150 g of oatmeal cookies and put in a chopper. Grind everything to small crumbs.

4. Pour the resulting crumb into a bowl and add 30 g of soft, but not melted butter. Mix everything until smooth.

5. Put 200 g of cottage cheese in a separate bowl and add 180 g of plain yogurt. I am using Greek yogurt. Pour 2 tbsp here. l. Sahara. Grind with an immersion blender until smooth.

6. Pour the cooked cookie crumbs into the glasses. We fill each glass to about a third of the height.
Pour the chopped cottage cheese with yogurt in the next layer.

7. Put the cooked cherry confiture on top.
From this amount of ingredients, I got 4 glasses of dessert, 270 ml each
Dessert is ready, you can serve it on the table.

The dessert with cherries turned out to be beautiful and delicious. It perfectly combines the pleasant sourness of cherries, a delicate curd layer and oatmeal crumbs from cookies. Such a dessert can be prepared not only in summer, but also in winter, using frozen cherries. Everyone can cook such a dessert, since the products are all available.
