Instead of baked chicken fillet, you can use any cooked meat or ham. This salad can also be seasoned with sour cream or mayonnaise of your choice.

Ingredients:
- baked chicken fillet - 300 g
- canned beans - 1 can
- tomato - 2 pcs.
- cucumber - 2 pcs.
- salad yogurt - 2-3 tbsp. l.
- green onions - bunch
- parsley - bunch
- salt to taste
Step by step recipe
1. First, let's prepare all the ingredients.
Cut 2 cucumbers into slices, and then cut the slices into cubes.
Cut 2 tomatoes into quarters. Cut out the middle with seeds from each quarter. Cut the tomato pulp into strips.
2. First cut 300 g of baked chicken fillet into slices. Cut the chicken fillet slices into cubes.
3. Chop a bunch of green onions.
We also finely chop a bunch of fresh parsley.
4. Pour chopped cucumbers, tomatoes, chicken fillet and 1 can of canned beans into a bowl. Add prepared green onions and parsley to this.
Salt to taste. We fill 2-3 tbsp. l. not sweet thick yogurt. We mix everything. Also, the salad can be seasoned with mayonnaise or sour cream.
The salad turned out to be very tasty and satisfying, due to the meat and beans. It is easy and quick to prepare. This salad goes well with any side dish and meat dish.
