Let's get acquainted! My name is Anja and in May 2018 I went on about proper nutrition and caloric deficit.
In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg, share recipes and experiences.
At the present time I have been able to get rid of 44 kg.
Morning last weekend began with a breakfast, which consisted of sandwiches on whole grain bread (65 g) of butter (about 5 g), fish (30 grams) and fish paste (35 g).
Irreplaceable green tea with jasmine (cheers, appeared in the shops of my favorite jasmine tea! And that was a problem to buy it).
At breakfast, I do not forget to drink vitamins.
Breakfast came on 420 kcal.
On the last day of May holidays, we decided to work up enough in nature.
And almost immediately after breakfast, we set off to explore the area. A walk along the forest paths, reached the quarry, located not so far from our apartment complex.
In total, only that morning found more than 10 000 steps.
Having absorbed the sun, taking a dip in the spring bloom and freshness of nature, getting a lot of emotions, happy back home.
After the walk was undershot: kiwi (150 g) and green tea with chocolate.
Dried fruits (50 g) and nuts (25 g) I peretaskat throughout the day with tea and just.
Total snack with dried fruit and nuts on the left 390 kcal.
For lunch was cheese soup, which is cooked yesterday. Cooking in a few days, always helps out and makes it possible to devote more time to her family!
Plate cheese soup (about 400 g) - 360 kcal.
And it is a light dinner - vegetable salad: tomatoes (140 g), cucumber (110 g), salad leaves, dressed with soft cheese (about 35 g).
Remaining in a jar soft cheese just finished her.
All turned out to dinner with cheese - 150 kcal.
Total for the day came in 1320 kcal.
Drank the water rate, it held more than 10 000 steps.
Today for me was a good and positive conclusion of the May holidays.
