And instead of being a separate frying meatballs, you can bake them with vegetables, a tasty gravy. And meatballs and vegetables will be filled flavors of each other, and we will save time.

And as a result we get a lovely dinner, rich in protein and fiber.

  • 1 eggplant - 230 g,
  • 1 small zucchini - 615 g,
  • pepper - 105 g,
  • tomato large - 180 g,
  • 1 piece of onion - 90 g
  • chicken breast - 455 g,
  • Adyg cheese - 100 g,
  • 2-3 garlic cloves - 10 g
  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste - 20 g
  • classic yogurt - 150 g
  • salt, black pepper, dried garlic, seasoning herbs Greece.

✅Prigotovlenie.

All vegetables, except onion and garlic, cut into rings. I sliced ​​tomatoes into half rings (which I had one, but I wanted it more likely to alternate).

Eggplant and sprinkle with salt and set aside for a time, to out of it came the bitterness. Then, the eggplant should be washed.

Finely chop the onion and garlic.

Chicken breast transform into mincemeat. I took a chopped beef, which added a portion of onion, seasoning herbs Greece, dry garlic, salt and black pepper.

From the resulting minced meat forming patties as shaybochek.

Next, collect our ratatouille.

Put the vegetables alternately, alternating with cutlets.

Further mix yogurt, tomato paste, finely chopped garlic, onion remaining, a pinch of salt and black pepper 100 - 150 ml of water.

The resulting sauce pour the vegetables and sprinkle with grated cheese.

That the cheese is not too fried, you can close the foil and remove it for 10-15 minutes until cooked dishes (I missed this moment😒).

Ratatouille remove in an oven at 200 g for 40-45 minutes in total.
